Shipping and Return Policies

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. All packages are delivered with 1-6 business weeks. The Delivery time is an estimate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at support@silkenoire.com.

We accept returns and issue refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you your refund adequately. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
